Details: I am a first-time customer who requested a deep clean. Our house is about 2000 square feet, 4 bed 2.5 bath, and we have one pet; the cleaning itself took about seven hours. My service person was Miss Anna, who was wonderful. I was there to issue instructions when she arrived, and then left her to her own devices while I went out for the day; when I got home, I literally -- not figuratively! -- CRIED about how beautiful it looked. She was able to lift stains that I thought were permanent in the bathroom and kitchen. She cleaned nooks and crannies that I've dreaded trying to reach since moving in. There were also no surprises when it came to price; the charge was exactly what I originally discussed with the owner, Dan, when I booked. I will definitely be scheduling a regular semi-monthly clean with this service.

One thing to be aware of (not a complaints, but something that clients may want to be ready to address or mitigate): Miss Anna struggles a bit with English. We were able to communicate just fine using a translation app on her phone, and she followed my special instructions without any issues. I needed a move-out cleaning done on my townhouse recently. I hired Goodbright cleaning based on positive reviews, and they lived up to the hype. Maria did a phenomenal job. By the time she was done, the place was cleaner than it had ever been since we moved in. The bathrooms and kitchen were sparkling, the floors were impeccable.
